JAM helps you journal, create AI mentors, and reflect on your personal growth. You agree to use JAM lawfully, to respect other people, and not to interfere with the service or the people who use it.
You are responsible for what you create, upload, or publish through JAM - your journals, entries, mentors, tags, feedback, and anything you share with your AI mentors.
You confirm that you have the right to share what you share. Public mentors can be seen by other JAM users, so only publish what you are comfortable making public.
Do not use JAM to create, publish, or share content that:
- Breaks the law or violates another person's rights.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Is harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or exploitative.
- Attempts to disrupt, misuse, or reverse engineer the service.
You keep ownership of your content. To run JAM on your behalf, you give us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content - only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts if we believe these terms, the law, or our policies have been broken.
We work hard to keep JAM running well, but we provide the service as-is. Features may change, and brief outages can happen. We will do our best to communicate significant changes ahead of time.
We may update these terms as JAM evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will give you notice in the product.
